Avril Lavigne, known for her overkill on eye-liner/eyeshadow, gave the crowd quite a show as she partied down in Vegas for New Years Eve.
Fans claim that eyeliner was given out as token of fan appreciation. Some of the party-goers shouted, “Yay, we get to have the raccoon look, too!”
